Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your jewelry! If something isn’t right, we’re happy to make it right.

Unworn items purchased from our website within the last 30 days

Items must be returned with original packaging
Your Return Options:
- Refund to your original payment method ($7 shipping & handling fee applied.

Repair Requests
Defective Items:
If your LuAnn Design item was purchased from our website or in-store within the past 30 days and is defective, we will gladly repair it free of charge with proof of purchase.
Wear & Tear:
If your jewelry is damaged due to daily wear—whether purchased from our website or a retail boutique—we’re happy to help. A repair fee may apply, determined on a case-by-case basis.
