Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewelry! If something isn’t right, we’re happy to make it right.

Eligibility:

  • Unworn items purchased from our website within the last 30 days

  • Items must be returned with original packaging

Your Return Options:

  • Refund to your original payment method ($7 shipping & handling fee applied.
  • Exchange (free if your new order is equal to or greater than the original)

To Start a Return or Exchange:

  2. Carefully pack your item(s) and drop the return off at your nearest U.S. Post Office

  3. Exchanges are not allowed

  4. A restocking fee will apply to all returns

  5. For gifts without an order number, email info@LuAnnDesign.com and we’ll help locate your order.

Repair Requests

Defective Items:
If your LuAnn Design item was purchased from our website or in-store within the past 30 days and is defective, we will gladly repair it free of charge with proof of purchase.

Wear & Tear:
If your jewelry is damaged due to daily wear—whether purchased from our website or a retail boutique—we’re happy to help. A repair fee may apply, determined on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Repair:

  • Complete and submit our [Repair Form]

  • A customer experience representative will contact you with return instructions

  • No work will begin until you’ve reviewed and approved any applicable repair fees

  • Repairs are typically completed within 45 days from the date your item is checked in
